Note:

1. The Hospitality Course Related Fee includes training materials, uniform, tie, text book, handouts, NZQA credits hook-on fee and HSI ER fee.
2. The Cookery Course Related Fee includes one set of full chef uniform, one text book, one knife set ( these are for the first year only), handouts, training materials, NZQA credits hook-on fee, NZQA certificate fee (if applicable) and HSI ER fee.
3. The English Course Related Fee includes all classroom handouts.

1. City and Guilds Registration and Examination fee (Optional):

Only available if a student enrols to the Diploma in International Cookery and Patisserie L5

2. Medical and Travel insurance Fee (Compulsory for International Students):

3. Homestay arrangement fee (optional):

$200 (non-refundable when the arrangement has been made).

4. Homestay Cost (optional):

Homestay accommodation cost is about $220 per week. Please refer to the section on Accommodation provision for more details.

5. Airport pick up (optional):

$100

6. Stationery Cost (personal expenses):

Students may spend approximately $20 per month for pens, pads, erasers and other essential stationery. All fees are GST inclusive.

7. Off-site activity fee (optional):

For students who study English course and would like to attend the monthly off-site activity, there will be a fee charge for transportation and/or tickets which is normally around $20 to $30 per time.
