Rohan started as a Commis Chef at Wine Chambers in February 2014 while completing a Diploma in International Cookery and Patisserie level 5 at NSIA. Rohan gained his role through the NSIA Connect team and since graduating in October 2014 he is now working there full time as a Chef De Partie.
Rohan started as a Commis Chef at Wine Chambers and was promoted to Chef De Partie in August 2014 due to his great performance in the kitchen. Since Rohan started he has shown us he has a true passion for this industry, he is reliable, respectful and brings great ideas to the kitchen team.
I truly believe that he will become a very well-known and respected Chef in the future, I am very happy that he is part of our professional kitchen team at Wine Chambers.
During my time working at Wine Chambers I have had the opportunity to learn many new cooking styles and techniques from the Head Chef and Owner. I have an extremely supportive management team who continuously train and encourage me to be the best I can be.
I feel like I am part of the family here at Wine Chambers and I am very happy within my role in the kitchen. I have recently been given the chance to complete shifts at Martina’s second restaurant, Number 5 to learn new skills and further develop myself as a chef. I am very thankful to Martina for supporting me since I started and I am excited to see what the future holds for me in the industry.
